GICD Little Angel School Established
Opened "GICD Little Angel School" for children with different disabilities like Autism, Mental Retardation, Slow Learners, Down Syndromes, Cerebral Palsy, Hyper Active and dyslexic children.
Parents Association Formed
Formed the Parents Association called "Amrit Parivar Parents Association" - an association of parents of children with Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation, Autism, Multiple Disabilities.
International Expert Visits
Invited various professionals for special children including:
- Visit of Special Educator Madam Christa from Germany
- Visit of Special Educator Madam Manpreet Kaur from UK
- Visit of MOT Dr. Santosh Kumar and Dr. Ajay Kumar from Delhi
- Visit of Developmental & Occupation Therapists from Delhi
- Visit of Dr. Arun Mukherjee, Dr. Mansoor Alam, Dr. Dureja from Delhi
Integration & Awareness Programs
Integrated more than 30 children from our special school to Normal Schools. Spreading awareness in the community through lectures and seminars at various public places like Schools, Colleges, Rotary Clubs.
