History of Epilepsy.
Stiff or rigid arms or legs.
Extreme irritability or crying.
Failure to smile by four months.
Persisting squint after 6 months.
Loss of previously achieved skills.
Presence of Stereo-Typed movements.
Poor Head Control after 4 months of age.
Cannot sit up without support by 8 months.
Presence of Tremor or unwanted movements.
Inattention to sound/ loss of babbling after 6 months.
Lack of Visual alertness or difficulty with eye contact.
Uses only one side of the body or only the arms to crawl.
Floppy or limp body posture pushing away or arching back.
Persistent casting or mouthing of objects after 18 months.
Feeding difficulties such as persistent gagging or chocking when feed.
Absence of speech or presence of single word only after two years.
Head size - too small or too big or too much dull or too much hyper active.
Feeding difficulties such as pushing soft food out of the mouth by the tongue after 8 months of age.
